This is an on-going list that will be updated as questions are asked… Feel free to email us any questions that you’d love us to answer.
I notice when I read your blog post you always say “We” instead of “I”, why is that?
That’s a very good question. Years ago Joshua Dwain Photography started as a one man show, but over time the business has somewhat evolved. In 2009 Anyeka joined me as my official assistant. She plays as integral roll in how the business is run and how shoots are conducted. Because of her roll what once was “I” has now become “we”.

How long will it take to receive my images?
Your images will be complete after 10 weeks of your wedding and 6 weeks after your engagement. NOTE: Quite often our turn around time is much quicker than the listed duration.

How many images will I receive after my wedding?
There isn’t a precise number of images you will receive because it is nearly impossible to predict. Factors such as guest size, amount of coverage hours, guest count, etc. all play a roll in how many images will be delivered to you. Although the average amount of images delivered is high, we set expectations at around a minimum of 500 images for a wedding.
How do we go about obtaining prints?
We’ve selected Pictage as our professional print lab. Pictage guarantee’s our print quality and over the years we’ve worked with them they have maintain their integrity and stand by their prints. They print on Kodak Endura 100-year archival paper–which means no fading or image deterioration. Also, all of our monitoring and editing settings are optimized for Pictage’s photo print services. That means that the colors will be exactly right on all of the products. It also means that I can “push” the image quality a little harder than I could with consumer labs.
